I have a Diagnostic Scanner and the P0153 error code came up.

How many does this truck have? I looked online and I see 2 Upstream and 2 Downstream sensor. But when I look under the hood and under the truck, I can only spot 1.

What do I need????
The truck is all stock and I do have 4.

My scanner says Bank 2 Sensor 1

Is it the original factory exhaust system, or has it been altered in anyway? I think that it should have 2 Catalytic Converters. Should have one sensor on or before each of them. and then I think one on each side of the motor where the exhaust bolts to the engine block....or in vicinity.

I believe your research is correct. The upstream ones are usually quite a bit closer to the exhaust manifold area. The down stream ones are usually in the exhaust pipe..farther down, usually after the catalytic converter...Hope this helps.
