1996 Ford Escort - Timing Belt, Tensioner, Water Pump Cost?

I am just wondering what would be a fair ballpark price to have the timing belt, tensioner, and water pump replaced on a 1996 Ford Escort LX Hatchback. Just want to make sure I'm not getting ripped off. Thanks!
 
If I had a station the costs are
Timing belt 65.00
Tensioner 45.00
Water pump 90.00
Labor 450.00
Of course a backyard mechanic could do it for a lot less he has no other expenses like store rent, employee pay electric so on, And I'm not making a profit on the parts
