1996 dodge stratus horn blows when turning the wheel?

loose or broke wire in wheel
wheel air bag has to be looked into
get a chilton manual if doin it yourself
haynes manual ok if no chilton
get manual at auto parts stores every where
may get technical
best to have shop go into wheel due to air bag devices
 
I have a 1996 dodge stratus and the horn blows at different places while turning the wheel left or right. If anyone can help me I would greatly appreciate it. Thamk you
 
That happened to my 96 Pontiac Grand Am. Turned out the wires had corroded, or at least that what they said, and were rubbing together. I don't remember how much it cost to fix, but I'm thinking it could not have been more than two hundred bucks or so. Good luck!
