1996 Dodge Stratus 2.5L- 250 bucks should i buy?

its not exactly running. It has a cylinder misfire on 3 cylinders. I need to know why. Anyone Else having this problem. Interior is in great shape. Car has 161,000 miles. I think its just the pcm or distrubuter cap and plugs. Also the tachometer and odometer go out once in a while. Anyone know how to fix it??
Also its a Stratus ES
 
I would check the oil for coolant and smell the coolant for exhaust smell because I had a misfire in 3 cylinder on the same head and it turned out to be a blown head gasket and there was no coolant in the oil but you could smell exhaust gases in the coolant I would pass on this car
