1996 Dodge Caravan will not start?

van quit running while driving, changed fuel pump, fuel filter, van will start when sprayed with starting fluid, any ideas
 
It's likely not getting fuel.
Check for power to the fuel pump first, like you did before you changed it. You did check for 12 volts to the pump first..right?
Fuel pump have a separate fuse for power?

Disconnect fuel input line under the hold, place a rag to catch fuel. Crank over for a couple of seconds and repeat. Check rag for fuel.
If you have fuel then start checking the ignition system.

It is what I would do.
