i have a 1996 dodge caravan that is hard to start sometimes you have to crank on it for 4,5,6,7,8 times before it will start and sometimes it will start right off and sometimes when it does start it acts like its flooding out.there are times it will run perfect down the road and other times it runs like its missing or choking out there are times when you give gas it run normally and other times it stalls out like it is starving for gas. someone said it might be the iac valve other say fuel pump,i have replaced the map sensor, tps, timming belt and water pump.checked for vac leaks and blown fuses but have found nothing any suggestion would be a great help
