1996 Chrysler Cirrus wont start??

I have a 1996 Chrysler Cirrus that wont start... it first started when it rains and it wouldnt turn over... then recently it wont start.. it tries to turn over but it just wont... it has gas in it all fluids are topped off... i look at the guages and the gas one goes below the the empty mark. then comes back up to where it was... i dont understand why it wont start... any answers would help

Based on the limited amount of information, you need to determine if it is a lack of spark or a lack of fuel. Check and see if your sparkplugs fire. If not it could be a bad coil or a bad distributor or a bad crank sensor. If it is a lack of fuel it could be your fuel pump.
