My 1996 Chevy Lumina heater blows cold air. The thermostat was replaced a few weeks ago thinking this will resolve the problem but it is still blowing cold air most of the time. Sometimes the heat index on the car fluctuates and when the car gets hot, that's the only time it heats. When it goes way back down then it cools. Also, I constantly have to fill the car with coolant (every two to three days). Please help me determine the problem I'm having. Thank you.
