1995 yamaha rt 100 clutch problems?

hi, when i pull in clutch lever on my rt 100 and put it in first it stalls out (even with the clutch pulled in) i was wondering if that would mean i would have to ge a new clutch and also when i start it back up (in first gear with clutch lever pulled all the way) it wants to take off
 
It sounds like the bike may have been sitting for some time. Try putting the bike in front of a wall with the front wheel pushing on the wall and try to dump the clutch fast. The clutch should free up. Be very carefull.
