My dad wants buy a new car the 2009 toyota rav4 and then he mentioned to the dealer that he had a 1995 toyota tacoma to see if he could do the cash for clunkers and then he said he could do this test to see if there is rust in the frame and he said he could get over $6,000 if he fails the test and put that towards his new rav4 so my question is is the truck likely to fail the test we live by the water in cape cod massachusetts which might make it more likely i guess.
