My uncle just bought a used 1995 Toyota 4Runner Limited Edition. The thing was fine up until we got home. Day 2 rolls around, and now he can't start the car. The key goes in but won't turn at all. We tried making a new key, but to no avail. The keys work in the door locks, but not in the ignition now. This is bad enough, but he has power windows and is now stuck with a window open. And the people around here are the epitome of human garbage. Is there any way to get this damn thing started at least so we can get the window up? Or even a way to get the power window up without the car being on would suffice for the time being.
