this is a highly debatable subject. The only items I have seen (backed by dyno testing) are a cold air intake combined with a header upgrade with a high flow cat back exhaust.
most other items are "snake oil". i.e. chips only affect performance at higher RPM's than in real driving.
MPG gains are the Holy Grail in Jeepin...
