problem #1 i blew my starter cylanoid replaced the whole unit, now when i go to start it i cant turn the key all the way forward to start. i keep blowing the ignition fuse under the hood. i have checked wires and know that it works fine up to the clip. it malfunctions somewhere between the fuse box and the ignition. has anyone had this problem and know how to fix it or where to begin?

i put the jeep into 4lo and now it wont totally go into all time 4wd, the shifter is all the way into position, my lo indicator light is off, but acceleration speed is horrible my rpm goes up to 3000 before it starts to move forward. my fluid levels are fine. also when driving hwy speeds my rpms are now 2250 compared to what they used to be before using 4lo was 1500. steering is also allot stiffer. again any help or advise would be much loved.
