Heres the scenario....I'll start the bike, let it warm up for a few minutes then drive to work. It drives fine. 7-8 hrs later I'll leave work, start the bike, let it warm up, leave parking lot and a block later it sputters and won't rev past 4000 rpm then dies out (This has happened three times already, all the same). I always choke it on the first ride of the day for 5-10 seconds, it will rev up then I'll push the choke back. Now when its fully choked it doesn't rev up like it used to. Basically 2000 rpm fully choked? Also it's not on reserve tank. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

If you are using choke when it does not need it or leaving the choke on, then you are choking it. Unless it's pretty cold you should only need choke for a few seconds until it warms . Don;t leave it standing ticking over to warm it up it does not need it. Check your air filter as well.
