1995 FORD BRONCO XLT CRANKS BUT WONT START?

Ive changed a number of things; the plugs; wires;fuel filter;module;coil;starter;battery.could it be a bad condensor to make it do this or somthing in the ignition?I also had the feul puimp chesked it read 32 and is supposed to read betwen 30-40;is it possible that it could be that even know i got a good read?
 
OBD Scanner, check to see if there are any misfires, also check the solenoid to check if that is turning over correctly.
