1995 Dodge Neon engine code 37?

Code 37 means your torque converter clutch solenoid could be bad however the electrical connection for that is located just above the dipstick on the front of the tranny check that first unplug it clean it up and reseat it this will usually fix it . It could also be that the connector is deformed from heat and you may need to replace it with one from the junkyard . If this repairs it disconnect your battery for 5 minutes to clear the code.
 
that's tcc code your getting on that car and it will appear sometimes after disconnecting the battery on it but will soon go away after its been drove a little bit,id drive it at least 20 drive cycles and see if the code clears off it,most of the time if the tcc switch is good the code will go away on it,if it doesn't you need to drop the pan and clean the tcc switch out or just replace it,good luck.that sure didnt take long to get that thumbs down,lol,
