1995 Chrysler Concorde Windshield Wipers aren't working =(?

So, I really suck at cars.
I recently got this car off of my aunt, it's pretty beat up but still runs like a charm at 234000 miles.
When I got it, the Windshield Wipers weren't working, she said when she last had it in her possession they were working so we're assuming at some point when it was sitting they stopped.
Anyway, it could either be the fuses or the motor, correct? Is there anyway for me, personally, to narrow it down? I'd prefer to do some sort of assessment before taking it to a garage, as I short young girl, I have a tendency to get screwed over =(
 
First check the fuses look for a dieagram on the cover it will tell you wish fuses to check if that do wk.reach behind the switch see if it pluged in good if it is it need a test light on it that tell if you are getting power to it. If no power to it then it get to hard for you Im sure! If it has sit a long time sometime mice will eat the wires into.I hope it the fuses! Goodluck
