I have a 1995 chevy truck 4.3 liter,Truck idles up and down,When you put it in gear(standard)it jumps back and forth like its not getting enough fuel,But when on the road in fith gear it runs good,When your driving slow it jumps around like its not getting fuel,Changed fuel filter,also the engine light is not on,Changed plugs,cap, rotor.
