ok, so my friend owns a 95 cavalier, we've figured out that the power wire is orange with Black strip, now the problem is, it WILL NOT turn on with the wires hooked up .. its supposed to and it will not ... I.E Making the Speaker wiring easier.... Anyway, Could Anybody tell me why it wont, THe model stereo were putting in is a JVC KD-R310......i tried telling him, its possible that the stereo would take up to much juice not to turn on, but he doesnt think so, oh btw, something a little extra you ask ? when hooked up, and you push the eject button, EVERYTHING WORKS FINE, but no, the Power button wont turn on ...... anyway, anybody that can help would be great, thanks
no red wire, and no did not connect illumination wire, it lit up w/o it ....
