1995 Cadillac first car?

Ok so I am 17 and in my final year of highschool. I have had my license for a while now and am trying to buy a car. I have found a very nice 1995 Cadillac El Dorado for sale. I can afford it but my dad says cadillac are for older folks. I think a caddy is perfect for me but he won't budge. Any suggestions on convincing him it's actually a car a teen wants. He thinks I'll look dumb in it . Help me out
 
no you wont... Im going to buy a 95 Sevile (STS) in december... Cads are sexy cars. I would never see myself driving a civic or a cavalier which is what my friends drive. Driving a caddy shows thats you have good taste. Don't forget thats what most mobsters drive too lol. Old people drive buicks anyways.
