1995 Buick Getting Stuck In Gear?

I have a 1995 Buick Regal with 155,000 miles. Transmission fluid is not leaking and the right color. Earlier this year, I have a new computer installed and ever since then, when I run it at high speeds, the car will hunt around in gear, then it will surge up to 3000 rpms and hang there. I don't have a check engine light and no codes came up. Any ideas?
 
you mean it won,t shift gears? maybe the transmission fluid and filter needs changing. or the vacuum modulator on the transmission.
