1995 Audi avant 2.8 12v whining, sucking niose?

Hi, I have a 1995 Audi avant 2.8 12v with 150,000 miles on it. I was wondering if anyone knows what this noise is. The noise seems to be coming from the right side of the engine, but I am not sure. It sounds to me like a vacuum noise it’s like a whining, and is most noticeable at idle. I also noticed every time I turn the engine off it makes a sucking noise for about 1 second. If anyone has any ideas let me know. Thanks.
 
could be the vacuum lines or...it may sound stupid but, does it have a turbo? if so it sould make a whining sound if so then everything id fine with your engine. knormskie
