I have a 1994 Mazda Protege, manual transmission, 1.8 Liter SOHC 4-Cylinder Engine. The car has a new fuel filter, new distributer cap, new spark splugs and wires.
The problem: Even before the tune up, the car will run at about 3,000 RPMs when first started. After warming up or driving it for a bit, the car will idle at about 1k. Is there anything that I can do to stop it from running so high when I first start the car?
