1994 Lexus ES300 won't start?

94 Lexus ES 300 won't start.

No spark on front plugs. havent pulled intake to check rears. but will cough and almost start with starting fluid sprayed into intake. so i am kind of assuming rears have spark.

plenty of fuel pressure at filter and at rail.

already checked cam and crank sensors. ohmed ok.

also, check engine light does not come on with ignition and I cannot get it to illuminate when I cross TE1 and E1.

also, car has obdII connector and all I get is error message with my cheap obdII connector.

not sure i am testing for injector pulse or coil signal right.

PLEASE HELP!!!
 
ok you have fuel no fire easy ck the ignition modg if not equipt coil pack you may just have a bad coil but if fuel press is not withen specs the injectors will not fire so make shure you have correct fel press
 
well if it will just about start with starting spray, ans if you have fuel pressure i am curious if the injectors are working. use a noid light to see if any of the injectors are getting the signal to open up.
