when i shift from neutral in to 2nd gear the gears grind a little but when i shift from 1st into 2nd they do not neutral is in between 1st and 2nd and they do not grind shifting into any other gear just neutral to 2nd and the clutch im guessing releases all the way because when im on a flat surface with out the brakes on and the clutch handle fully pulled it doesn't roll it doesn't even make attempt so i don't know

even though your bike doesn't move with the clutch lever pulled doesn't mean it's adjusted properly. Also your bikes idle maybe a little high and the grinding problem is more apt to show up going from neutral to 2nd than to a lower gear

Try adjusting your clutch. It is not uncommon for a little grinding noise when shifting from neutral to either 1st or 2nd when standing still. Also you may have the the wrong oil in the engine. Motorcycles engines need oil with friction modifiers so that the oil does not effect the performance of the clutch. Also if your oil SAE weight is too high this will effect clutch performance. You can probably use a straight 30w or 10-30w in your quad.
