1994 kawasaki 750 xi/ss jetski battery wiring?

After hooking up the pos and neg to the battery i have 3 wires left. One red and 2 black wires. Im not sure if theyre color coded for a reason but im not about to fry the elec sys on the ski does anyone know how to wires this up or where i can find the info on how to do it?
 
Any shop will likely hook the red to pos and black to Neg. You should be able to determine if the connectors are made for the battery terminals. I have worked on PWC for about ten years. You need to use a voltage tester with ohm testing. See if you have a circuit between the black wire and your negative lead. If there is no resistance you have another negative lead. The only way to determine the red is to open the junction box in the nose of the PWC. The red likely connect to the kill switch.
