1994 honda civic ,ignition timing, identify the correct connector to jump to

disable the computer to set the t? there is sopposed to be a blue electrical connector under the left side of the dash that needs to be jumped acrossed that takes the computer out of the equation to set the base timing, I only see one connector that is open and it has three wires. how do i possatively identify the connector and wires to jump
