Alright, so I go to get in my car the other day and it is dead. I figure I left the lights on. Nope, they're shut off. Inside light's off too. All my electronics were shut off, actually. I gave it a jump and it started up. I went to get it checked.

Battery and alternator are both fine. No draw from the alternator. Battery's terminals are clean, too. I'm not sure what the problem is.

I've had it suggested to me to get the starter checked in it. Could that be it? If so, how long of a fix does this usually take?

I've also had it suggested I check the spark plugs, but could a problem there cause no electronics to turn on?

Any other ideas? I'm not exactly a "car guy." I know how to do the simple stuff, change oil and tires. Most anything under the hood and I'm lost. Thanks.
When I turn the key, absolutely nothing happens. I don't hear any noises in terms of something trying to start.

It has been run pretty consistently (near daily) in the year that I've had it. Whenever I drove it after getting it jumped and checked out, it drove fine. No dash lights or anything came on. It just won't start again.
