Ok so I replaced the boost and the master brake cylinder. I had a soft pedal and a vacuum leak at the booster.
Now after bleeding the entire system the old way starting at RR,FL,LR,FR
the problem i am having is the system is not releasing the pressure after breaking? I spent hours ...trying to find the issue. the calipers all seem to be working fine. Once they have been bleed off at the calipers
you can drive a while 5-20 miles then they "freeze" pressurize and wont release unless you bleed at the calipers all of them !
it has ABS. I am thinking something has gone bad in the ABS system
telling it not to release the valves? i am at a loss ...the chiltons book is not much help.
well i did the battery disconnect for an hour and same problem. so off to the shop it goes. i wish i could have figured it out myself but maybe I need to have the ecu cleared? we shall see
