OK Techies I need a little help here. My 1994 Ford F-150 will not start. When I turn my key I can here the fuel filter turn on but it does not turn off after the usual 5-10 seconds it just keeps running. It did start for awhile but all it did was spit and sputter. Strong smell of fuel coming from the exaust. Fuel pump do you think? Please help I'm unemployed due to hard economic times and would love to save a buck or two.
