1994 ford E350-flooding out?

All eight injectors are firing at the same time, has anyone seen this before, anything it could be besides computer or possible crank sensor?? Cannot run engine long enough to get KOER codes. Ruinned last catalytic convertor, and at 1300$ each i don't want to ruin my new one.
 
my guess would be the crank sensor or computer aswell, try disconnecting your battery and leaving it for 30 mins or so so the computer can reset itsself a bit, .. not very likley to work though,

also, get a multi meter and find the crank sensor, inspect the wire make sure theres a good connection, if there is, unplug it and have someone crank it over, while measuring the voltage you get, although an electric stethoscope would be more effective because you need to know the proper voltage to start with,
but the stethoscope would show you if the ring the sensor uses is broken or anything
