1994 Ford 460 will not start?

I have replaced the Dist, dist. cap, rotor button, coil, plugs, plug wires, fuel pump, fuel filter, ignition module, and the MAP sensor.
I was driving it and it just quit. Like if I cut the key off. I have not driven it thru any water, it just shut down. I have No spark, or gas pumping
It turns over as it always did.
 
what about your simple tests? take out a spark plug and ground it, do you see a good spark when you crank the starter? Is the starter cranking as fast as usual? Did you fill up with diesel on accident? Is the gas any good? Has anything unusual happened lately? driven through deep water, crash, etc.
