1994 dodge ram van b250 engine shuts down stoped or 50mph doesn't matter only error

code 37? runs great all the rest of the time - it may run for a minute or weeks without a problem and all of a sudden the engine shuts off, wait a minute to 60 minutes and run great again til next time...new fuel pump, CSP Sensor, distributor with all parts, pelum gasket, intake, ASD Relay, grabbed every wire and moved every direction and couldn't shut down the engine. Can't find any vacuum leaks,
