1994 Dodge Ram 2500 Cummins Turbo Diesel wont go into 4wd. I need to know

where to hook the vacuum lines.? It has a black, red, white, and green lines. If I could get pics emailed to me of where these go or possible a diagram it would be nice. Also it makes a clicking sound when you put it in gear or try to engage the 4wd. If i could get help with this so I can help the guy tomorrow it would be great. Thanks.
If it helps any there is a rubber piece that they all come out of that connects to the top of the transfer case that has four ends on it. How would I get the four ended piece off cause I tried for about 3 hours and gave up.
The actuator is fine. All the vacuum lines are disconnected and i dont know where they go
 
before you take all that apart look at the actuator on the front axle on it that was the most common problem that those trucks gave with not going in to 4 wheel drive,try this apply vacuum to the front actuator and see if it engages if not replace it, i doubt that your problem is coming from the transfer switch on the transfer case,good luck.
