1994 dodge caravan.put in egnition wont turn.steering wheel also is locked?

did you try wiggling the wheel back and forth on that one to release it in case its in a bind ,if that doesn't work then try a different key ,sometimes one certain key that gets used a lot will do this,if that doesn't work you may have to replace the lock and key part of all this,good luck.

Try rocking your van back and forth while turning the key and or steering wheel. Parking pin may be jammed.
