1994 Chevy G-10 Van, when you are driving over 55, sometimes even over 65 the back end..

...starts to shake.? If we push on the gas the shaking will stop but will come back. It makes the whole back end of the van shake. We changed the transmission fluid and the diff fluid and that helped for about a month. It was not shaking at all anymore. Now it's been atleast 3 months since we changed that and it has started shaking again. Any ideas what it could be? Hoping it's something easy and not the whole rear end!
