1994 Chevy Camaro... Radiator cooling fan doesn't come on????

I recently installed a new radiator and it seams the electric cooling fan doesn't work. Even if I drive it for a couple hours on a hot day it still doesn't come on... any ideas? O and it has a V6 3.4L
maybe it just doesn't get hot enough???
