1994 Buick seems to be using far more gas?

Okay so I have a 1994 Buick Park Avenue Ultra (SuperCharged) and I noticed that recently it appears I am using far more gas than I used to, and when I start the car it turns over for a few seconds before it fires up.
Just today I filled the tank (and let it click twice to make sure), and drove maybe 4Miles to my house, at around 30mph with a few stop signs. Normally after I fill up my gauge reads over onto the F(ull) marker, but this time it was already past the first line, so at about 14-15/16th of a tank. I normally get about 20-30 miles before it even hits the first marker!
Another thing is that if I let it idle it sits at just under 1000 rpms, then after a few seconds will go to just over 1000rpms. I have no clue why.
Is there any chance that my addition of a 500W Amp and 1200W Subwoofer could have done something?
I have not checked the filters (air/fuel) or the spark plugs.
I was thinking of bringing it in to get the O2 and Mass Air Flow Sensors checked.

Someone knowledgeable with engines please help!

SOUNDS LIKE YOU NEED A "GOOD" TUNE UP. IF YOU KNOW HOW TO DO IT.... OR TAKE IT TO A SHOP... HAVE TO SAY A FULL TUNE UP WILL COST A PRETTY PENNY THOUGH.
CHANGE YOU SPARK PLUGS/WIRES,OIL & FILTER. YOUR FUEL/AIR FILTERS. ALSO CHECK THE AIR PRESSURE ID CORRECT IN THE TIRES. ALL THIS SHOULD IMPROVE YOU GAS MILEAGE. ALSO RUN SOME FUEL INJECTION CLEANER IN YOUR NEXT FILL UP.
IF YOU HAVE PUT SOME AFTER MARKET RIMS AND TIRES ON YOUR CAR THAT DIFFER IN SIZE FROM YOU STOCK RIMS/TIRES.. THIS ALSO WILL CHANGE FUEL MILEAGE!
