...When you give it the gas, the? When you give it the gas the engine revs up but it doesn't go very fast. Sort of like an automatic transmission on a car that is slipping. I'm wondering if something has partially clogged the water intake and it is not getting enough water to generate enough thrust. Any ideas?
 
That could be the problem. But on the inside of the tube the water comes out of is a little proppeler, the blades on it might have gotten messed up.
