1993 toyota tercel stutters alot and runs poorly after valve replacement?? please help?

i have a 93 tercel that broke two valves so i replaced all my valves but when put back together runs fine at high rpms but like 1st 2nd gear really stutters and when idle if you give it gas it tends to (choke its self ) not sure what but i gas it and it will bogg down badly i changed all sensors except tps ....i cannot drive it and i need it for work please help thanks
