1993 kawasaki supersport 750 xi jet ski not running right at all?

my 93 750 xi jetski is hard to start very hard have to pour gas in carb and hold starter for long time to get it to crank and most time will not stay running for more then couple seconds sat for 5 years till other week i bought it from friend said self oil mixing lines wasnt connected correctly when he replaced driveshaft so i capd off self oil mixer the gas that was in it was horrible got it to run for like 10 min and it wouldnt go full speed half thottle if that if i got down on it it would just rev up in rpm s and not go anywhere nothing is in the impeller cut it of crank right up ride half throttle so i let it sit for 30 min wont start for nothing killd batt completly so jumpd it off over n over tryn get it crank pouring gas in carbs finally fired up and wouldnt go at all hardly just bog out thats it and while it was doing that i noticed it wasnt being out the side i have no idea where to start should i clean carbs is the oil cap rig i did not work making it not wanna run sometimes did he lie to me and not replace the driveshaft how to check see why its not peeing this is my first jet ski dont no anything about them also have a dislocated shoulder healing at the time which makes it hard to work on it what would be best way to go at this thanks
