Like the title states, I've got a 1993 honda civic DX and have replaced the fan relay switch fuse, the switch itself, and have tested the fan to see if it was working (connected it to my battery with some speaker wire, kicked right on.)
Please, what is going on with this thing? I'm aware that when you turn the A/C on the radiator fan should kick on as well, and it doesn't...A/C works fine, radiator fan won't.
Is this the ECU? Other than that, the rest of the car runs fine, its got 113k (low for a 93) and has new water pump timing belt alternator and ignition coil (if that matters any).
