1993 ford f150 question?

does this truck still need to get emission test? i thought it started in '93.. friend wants to put exhaust on his truck and was wondering if it would need to pass emission

not unless you live in California but you will need to have at least an excused or they can fine you

It really depends on the state you live in and their specific rules when it comes to emissions testing.Alot of the older vehicles have a hard time passing emissions testing,and in some states,they come down hard on the older vehicles because they tend to pollute more.
