So, I've had this problem relatively recently, but now it seems as though it's returned...with more symptoms, to boot. Now the gauges are erratic and it seems to be messing with the battery charge. I know I have a bad battery, but it's not dead. My cassette player recently stopped working and the tachometer randomly jumps/falls (although the engine is obviously just fine), also the ammeter has been shaky.
It just seems to be getting worse and it quit on me today (as though I'd just turned the engine off while in the middle of driving), but started right back up again.
Any ideas? Thank you!
