1993 Cadillac Seville not getting any voltage to A/C Compressor. Power at and jumped...

...thru low pressure switch? Power is good at low pressure switch and all fuses and relays are good. Jumped the low pressure switch but still no voltage at compressor. Ohm the resistor on compressor plug and it is good too. Threre are two switches on high side line and neither has voltage.
 
Can't remember but I want to say there should ba also a high pressure switch that has to open/closed also. These may also have 2 sensors that monitor line temp as well. I don't have my service manual in front of me to actually say for sure. We don't get hardly any more '93 Caddy's in
