...on your nerves? Car was given to me in September, drove extremly well, couldnt even hear the engine. Needed water pump, friend changed water pump and timing belt changed, 2 days later car over heating, took to a mechanic, I drove up they said I need a new motor $1400, took too another mechanic he informed me that I had no antifreeze in my radiator, this is what cause a "gasket head to break". I remember friend putting 1 whole bottle of antifreeze in, should he have put more? Did he cause this? The mechanic told me gasket head, and he would call me back with prices. PLEASE TELL ME WHAT SHOULD I DO, I have $800 I DO NOT WANT ANYONE TAKING ADVANTAGE OF ME, what should I listen for, when the mechanic call back?
