You should get an oil with high detergent in it drive the car around for about a day or so then completely drain the oil and get a new filter then put a high millage oil in it (whatever weight the car uses). Don't use restore at first cause it will actually clean the engine too much. I would wait till the second oil change to use an oil additive.
