1992 Mazda MPV won't start.?

Van stopped starting suddenly. Will not turn over at all. Starter and battery both tested and passed. When turning the ignition switch, all the happens is one click and a quiet hum. Any ideas are appreciated. It's a 6-cylinder, rear-wheel drive. 1992 model.
Starter and solenoid works fine. Replaced battery cables as well.
 
did you check the starter solenoid if its not on top of the starter it might be on the side wall follow the battery terminals.also i had a 2002 and fuse popped and that caused the car not to start .
