My bike (ninja 600r) keeps blowing the 10 amp fuse for the headlamp. I replace the fuse, turn the key to run and "pop", no more fuse. I just replaced the bulb in the headlight. What going on??
Gots a wire in or around where the fork moves that is rubbed down to bare copper and shorting out. Wire a stop lamp in place of the fuse. It will light when you turn the key on. When you find/clear the short it will go out.
