92 jeep with 4.0 ho has about 176,500 miles is starting to knock for the past 2 weeks. everytime i start it i can hear a knock from the engine but will soon settle down a minute after idling. it all started when i changed the oil i put 10w-30 oil in it. should i put heavier oil in it such as 10w-40 or does oil have anything to do with the knock?
